Cemetery Dance Club - Beyond Grave Yards
Photoshop
Bands, bands, bands...
Music, music, music...
What makes a band "a band"?
Good music?
Pretty faces?
Fashion?
Gimmicks?
I'll let you decide...
In the mean while, let me introduce you to a band formed by my besties... Cemetery Dance Club.
An organized dancers with bad attitude and a loud noisy music that's dancable...
First lesson, take one big giant step to the left and hold your pose
Two, make a badass impression
Three, airguitarring
and four, headbang 'till your head fell off
BiBo
Photoshop
Meet BiBo (right to left) the newly wed.
These two precious are Sonia's pet bunnies and they are adorable... and quite a wire biting robots, they eat almost everything (from green veggie to bunny food, carrots to strawberries, slippers to carpets, tea to kurma, etc.), such a monster for little creatures.
Not a while ago they have lost all nine bunny babies and everyone's felt the lost so deeply. I'm guessing they're either too young to understand how to nurture or we don't have enough knowledge about bunnies grooming, anyways they died in vein.
Sonia and fam did try to save 'em though, after struggling several arguments and fist fights (kiddin' guysss...). They did milk them with goat's milk and add it with lil' honey but nothing good was coming.
I think we all got the wrong info on the milking procedure because it doesn't work guys and so the lil' guys end up died.
I hope the lost would be paid off after BiBo's next pregnancy, Sonia's guessin' Bibi is on her second pregnancy 'cuz Bobo's trying so hard to "hard" (lol)... that little bugger! Haha!
Well I hope everything will work out fine for everyone.

SMU 112
Photoshop
My lil' brotha (from anotha motha) Agtya Priyadi asked me to do a small school project for SMU 112, they wanna make a simple design for year hi-skool mercandising, so the vision was a simple, clean and smart artwerk that anyone could do...so I came up with a simple handwriting and a memorable tagline.
School year to me weren't so great, I didn't achieve anything back but it was the early year of my drawing lessons and if you look at the pictures... you'll laugh your pants off, well that's what I do.
The baggy pants, the big shirts, the slick hair, the loud music... they all seem so silly but it's a memorable moment. Music was my shit and it's the root of my lifestyle and it was a platform for me 'cuz music saved my boring life.
Anyways... No regret kids!!!!

Finally I could help out Roma Sophiaan in return.
I've been wanting to give back something to him before 'cuz all I do was bugging him and asking tons of favour about this and that but he was too cool and acting out like he never needed anything from me (sigh)...but I gotcha now Rom! Even though it's a small favour but I gotchaaaa... Lol!
Well, I hope you and Pingkan will have lots of joy and happiness in your marriage life and we (me and the rest of the guys) wish you the best in everything.
Congratulations guys!

The Feast Is On You
Ink, poster color on paper, sz: A4 Photoshop and Freehand editing
To be honest I don't really like to see all the slaughtering-butchering process, but the very first contact was back when I was 24 years old and it still haunts me, you can say I'm pretty traumatize by the event.
I can't believe I actually had to witness a cow being slaughtered and pray while I experienced the whole process.
As you can see when the cow is tight down and forced to lay on the ground, it was a bad view but when the knife starts to slit the throat, it was the worst part 'cuz that's when you see the cow is suffering, making that loud noises, and bleed to death. It's very terrible, very horrifying.
Well that's Idul Adha, happy Idul Adha... I guess...

Sketch 1
Pencil on used paper sz: A4
This is a little sneak peak on my upcoming collaboration project with Killed by Butterfly. I'm gonna do 'em a lil somethin' different a lil' Butcher's conventional caricature on the members. I'm hoping to get it done the latest by this weekend.
As you can see it has another sketch drawing of a man kinda looking down and writing, I did it unconsciously while Ady Syoukat and I were having this conversation about how he wanted me to comment on his college assignment. I think college didn't do much for me.
I wish I could go to an art institute or whatever, I need more education.
Boy 'o boy I wish I cud turn back time...

These are the most fast break mural I've ever done.
I arrived at Bandung on Friday 4 PM and beginning drawing from 7 PM - 2 AM and had a break from 3 AM - 7 AM then begun painting again from 9 AM - 4 PM and then I have to head back to Jakarta for No Use For A Name show at Depok (the longest route I've ever took), the road was small and the traffic was bad. I guess Depok was the meanest but the show was terrific, the new guitarist was killin' it.
It brings back good memories...
